Roller bearings are rolling bearings with a particularly thick outer ring wall, which can withstand heavy loads and shock loads. It is a quick assembly component that can roll directly on the raceway and is used for various cam drives, tracks, conveyors, logistics systems, etc.
The outer diameter surface of the roller has cylindrical, arc and various special shapes. It can be designed according to customer requirements. The arc surface can be used to compensate for the inclination error during installation. It is used in situations where angle alignment errors may occur. The pressure surface is in a smaller edge stress state.
The internal structure of roller bearings includes ball bearings, needle roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, etc., which can be designed in various ways according to customer requirements and are suitable for different use occasions.
Tolerance: It is produced in accordance with the normal tolerance of P0 standard, and the load is ISO492 standard, but the tolerance of the outer diameter of the roller is excluded.
Clearance: Standard clearances of C2, C0, C3, C4, C5 are provided, and special clearances can also be provided according to the customer's operating conditions. The clearance limit value complies with the requirements of ISO5753.
Load capacity: the rated dynamic load is in accordance with the ISO281/1 standard, and the rated static load is in accordance with the ISO76 standard.
Lubrication: The rollers are filled with lithium-based grease, which has good anti-rust properties, and the operating temperature range is -30 to +120°C. Generally permanent grease lubrication, under normal operating conditions, there is no need to replenish grease. However, if the bearing is subjected to moisture or solid contaminants, or if it is operated for a long time at a temperature above 70 degrees Celsius, grease should be added. There are oil injection holes or other lubrication channels on the inner ring for replenishing grease. Grease with the same characteristics should be used. High- and low-temperature resistant grease can be provided according to customer requirements.
   Composite roller bearings, also known as combined roller bearings, were designed by Europeans earlier. Composite roller bearings are assembled from two axial and radial roller bearings, which reduces the volume of the bearing and simplifies the installation structure, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. Composite roller bearings have relatively large radial and axial load-bearing capacity, and the accessories are highly replaceable. More and more applications are used in various mast lifting systems. The composite roller bearing is mainly composed of the following parts: 1) The shaft head composite roller bearing is installed by welding. The specific method is to weld the shaft head to a plate with a round hole, and then assemble it with the main frame;  2) Main roller The main roller is the main bearing body in the composite roller bearing, which mainly bears the load in the vertical direction, and requires strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. At the same time, the main roller can also be used as a single-direction load bearing, because it itself is a roller bearing with a full roller structure; 3) Side rollers The side rollers are the secondary load-bearing bodies of the composite roller bearings, which mainly bear horizontal loads. It also requires strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The side roller is essentially a roller bearing without an inner ring and full needle rollers. Inside the composite roller bearing, the mandrel and the shaft head are matched together; 4) The cover plate makes the main side roller shaft heads fit together to become one Integral;  compound roller bearing assembly method:  side roller is installed inside the shaft head through the spindle, the main roller is sleeved outside the shaft head, the cover plate is fixed by the nut at the end of the shaft head, and finally several parts are fixed together.
