Needle roller bearings without inner ring are suitable for components with limited radial dimensions. Because there is no inner ring, the journal surface that matches it directly serves as the rolling surface. It is required that the surface hardness is not lower than HRC6O, and the surface roughness ra value is not more than 0.63um. This kind of bearing does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the shell, and the limit speed is high.

This kind of solid ferrule needle roller bearing has no ribs on the inner ring, so the inner ring, the outer ring, the full set of needle rollers and the cage can be installed separately without restricting the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing. Because the cage separates the needle rollers and reduces friction, it can be used in components with higher rotational speeds.

NA and NKI type bearings without inner ring are RNA and NK type needle roller bearings.
This kind of bearing has no inner ring and is suitable for the support structure with limited radial installation size, and the journal matched with the bearing directly serves as the rolling surface. As the shaft of the raceway surface, the hardware must be hardened and ground, and only when it is processed to the appropriate size and shape accuracy, the complete set of needle roller bearings can achieve high life and running accuracy. At the same time, since there is no inner ring, the diameter of the shaft can also be appropriately increased, thereby increasing the rigidity.

Sealed needle roller bearings with or without inner ring
Needle roller bearings sealed on one or both sides can effectively prevent the intrusion of dirt, and the bearing has been filled with an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease. The inner ring of this type of bearing is wider than the outer ring, which enables the bearing to ensure a good seal even when the shaft has a slight displacement relative to the bearing housing to avoid contamination of the bearing. The inner ring of the bearing also has lubricating oil holes, which can be supplemented by the outer ring or the inner ring according to the needs of the configuration.
