It is required that the surface hardness is not lower than HRC6O, and the surface roughness ra value is not more than 0.63um. This kind of bearing does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the shell, and the limit speed is high.

This kind of solid ferrule needle roller bearing has no ribs on the inner ring, so the inner ring, the outer ring, the full set of needle rollers and the cage can be installed separately without restricting the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing.
