High Precision Radial Rod End Spherical Plain Bearing

The shock absorber connection is made of standard rod end bearings or seated bearings, which are generally steel-on-steel. Most of them are steel balls, which are usually injection-molded or internally PTFE-lubricated.

The rod end joint bearing is mainly composed of an inner ring having an outer spherical surface and an outer ring having an inner spherical surface, and can withstand a large load. According to different types and structures of rod end joint bearings, it can withstand radial load, axial load or combined load of radial and axial simultaneously. Rod end joint bearings are generally used for low-speed oscillating motions, and can also be tilted within a certain range of angles. Depending on their type and construction, it is possible to withstand radial loads, axial loads or combined loads of radial and axial forces.
