51101 stainless steel Thrust Ball Bearing
Thrust ball bearing with high speed operation may withstand thrust load design, with the ball rolling by roll channel washer like rings. The ferrule for saddle shape, therefore, the thrust ball bearings are divided into flat seat type and self-aligning spherical cushion type two types. In addition, the bearing can bear axial load, but it can not bear radial load.
Thrust ball bearing:
Thrust ball bearings by seat, shaft ring and ball retainer assembly is composed of three parts.
The shaft with the said shaft ring, matched with a shell called seat.
Types:
According to the situation of the thrust ball bearings and two-way thrust ball bearings.
One way thrust ball bearing, can bear one-way axial load.
Two way thrust ball bearing can bear bidirectional axial load, in which the shaft ring and the shaft are matched with the axial load. The bearing seat of the installation is spherical, with self-aligning performance, can reduce the influence of the installation error.
The thrust ball bearing can not bear the radial load, and the limit speed is low.
Use of thrust ball bearings:
Only applicable to withstand side axial load, speed lower parts, such as crane hooks, vertical water pump, vertical centrifuge, Jack, speed reducer. Bearing ring, ring and rolling bodies are separated, they can respectively put down.
